How it works

A mail arrivesThe IMAP trigger picks up every new email in the shared inbox.

Clean & dedupeStrip junk, skip the agency's own mails, and drop duplicates by Message-ID.

AI reads & sorts itAn LLM detects category, intent and priority and returns clean, structured JSON.

Everything is loggedEach request is written to a Google Sheet — nothing gets lost.

Attachments restoredFiles are re-attached afterwards — never sent to the AI (privacy by design).

Routed to the right teamA clean summary lands with sales, rental, owner acquisition, financing or office.

Runs as two connected n8n workflows — the main pipeline plus a separate error-monitor that watches it.
